Is Your House a Mess Part II

I knew this wasn't going to be an easy week, but I am determined to get my house back in shape. I'm feeling rather hypocritical by having a housekeeping blog right now. Although, I like what melslatt said- I'm human. Really I am.

Last night, I got the following accomplished:
*All the laundry cleaned, folded and put away (minus the bedding and one clothing load- that will wait until later this week)
*All the clutter that had accumulated in the kitchen and family room put away
*Cleaned out the fridge. It's so empty. I need food :/
*Started cleaning our bedroom

Looks much better now! Trust me, this isn't clean, just decluttered. Still.so.much.work.to.do!


Today's Goals:
*Clean the bathrooms (I actually already cleaned the shower while I took mine this morning- yay!)
*Clean my desk. Yipes.
*Finish the bedroom if I have time

Brace yourself. This might scare you. Luckily, we moved into our new office last week, but it will be a lengthy transition time. At least there is a light at the end of the tunnel.



We also have a window guy coming today, and I need to get back to my 30 Day Shred routine, not to mention work! So for now, I'll just drink my coffee out of my ridiculously cute coffee mug and get some actual work done! Cleaning will come later today :)

    It's actually good to know that your house isn't perfect all the time.
    I did most of the same things to my own wreck of a house last night and I can't get over how much better it looks in such a short time.
