New Foyer Mirror

As I mentioned in my weekly planning and round up, we bought a new mirror for the entry. It's sort of an odd space because of the way the stairs cut, so I had to be really picky about the measurements. Unfortunately, there aren't a ton of moderately sized, black framed mirrors out there. I had to settle for one on Overstock that I wasn't overly thrilled with, but it was better than nothing.

Fast forward to last week when we had to go to BBB, and low and behold it was like the Heavens opened and light beamed down. A slightly larger black framed mirror that just might fit the space! Did you ever think a person would get excited about a slightly larger mirror than what they already had? Well, it happened. It happened to me. Plus, this mirror had more detail to it and the best part about it? The price tag. $40. Forty-freaking-dollars! And everyone knows in BBB world, that means it's really only $32 plus tax! Thirty-two-freaking dollars!!!

Alright, photo time. Here it is before with the much too small, but still functional mirror.

And here it is now with the slightly larger, more functional mirror! Yippeeee!

*No, your eyes aren't deceiving you, it's a touch crooked. That has been remedied but you know I'm far too lazy to take another picture right now. Just imagine it straighter, k?

  9. Pat- thanks! Hopefully you are finding some motivation here. You mean the blue-gray, right? It is Woodlawn Silver Brook by Valspar and I love it. It is especially beautiful at dusk!
