Saturday: Seasoned Baked Salmon, Baked Potatoes, & Broccoli
Sunday: Vegetable Beef Stew

Monday: Out
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday:
Chili & Cornbread
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Tortellini & Pesto with Salads

  1. Great menu plan ideas Molly. Salmon scares me though. I've tried it a couple times & still can't get past the smell. So the real question is How ya seasoning that bad boy? If ya care to share I'd appreciate it and it just might entice me to try again. Love all your recipes. Thanks!

  2. jennifer- don't be scared! It's really hard to mess up. I buy pre-portioned salmon steaks. I just brush with olive oil and season them with Montreal Steak Seasoning- it's a great compliment to the salmon. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes- I tend to lean towards 20. You know it's done when it flakes with a fork. Yummy!
